Responsibilities

• Gathers and analyzes data and makes recommendations for approval on development overlay zones, subdivisions, deeds, residential site plans, zoning and special use permits.
• Prepares special studies, reports and statistical data necessary for comprehensive planning.
• Works closely with locally elected officials, the private sector, and numerous organizations to provide community outreach and services.
