Dow Jones is seeking a Summer 2027 Commercial Strategy and Business Development Intern in NYC. You will support data-driven licensing, market analysis, and go-to-market planning within the OPIS Sales Business Unit.

The role offers hands-on experience with analytics, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration, paired with mentorship and professional development throughout the 10-week program.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program
• Graduating in Dec 2027 - July 2029 (US)
• No sponsorship required for employment in the country of application

Responsibilities

• Research and Analysis: conduct initial data analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
• OPIS Centralisation: help centralise usage statistics, sales insights, and customer engagement policies.
• Reporting: streamline commercial reporting with relevant teams.
• Whitespace & Addressable Market: assist PMs in sizing TAM and centralising whitespace repository.
• Strategic Support: research market trends and competitor landscapes for strategy development.
• Communication & Reporting: prepare reports and visualizations for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Process & Best Practices: document processes to align with strategic objectives.
• Stakeholder Engagement: track KPIs and performance metrics.
