Job summary

R1 RCM Inc. is seeking a Client Delivery Associate to support Revenue Performance Services, including DRG Validation and Charge Capture. You will help with data verification, report creation, trend analysis, and client support.

The role requires detail focus, Excel proficiency, reporting experience, and strong communication skills. Eligible for a 5% annual bonus; base pay ranges from $46,664 to $72,250 per year.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Minimum of 2 years of experience.
Base pay range: $46,664.00 - $72,250.29 per year; bonus plan eligibility at 5%.

Responsibilities

Create, analyze, and distribute recurring and ad hoc client reports and dashboards.
Validate data accuracy and integrity, identifying trends, errors, and opportunity areas that impact client outcomes, reporting, or revenue.
Support reporting enhancements, including Power BI development and data visualization.
Maintain reporting schedules, client documentation, and operational processes.
Assist with client implementations, ongoing account maintenance, and administrative support activities.
Contribute to team goals, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
