Job summary

FCP Euro is seeking a Capacity Analyst to monitor capacity utilization across fulfillment centers and develop forecasting models. You will create dashboards and analyze storage, throughput, labor, and inventory trends to identify risks and opportunities, collaborating with Operations, Supply Planning, Engineering, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus.
• 4+ years of experience in ecommerce warehousing.
• Proficiency in inventory forecasting, slotting and capacity planning.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Sigma, etc.).
• Expert Excel, data analytics, and BI toolset proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Capacity planning and management across 1-5 year horizons; coordinate with engineering for large-scale racking changes.
• Develop and implement slotting strategies to improve operational efficiency.
• Lead creation of core capacity and slotting metrics and dashboards.
