Qualifications

• Strong experience with requirements gathering and documentation.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and SQL.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Partner with stakeholders to analyze processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support system implementations, integrations, and enhancements.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Coordinate UAT, track defects, and validate system changes.
• Act as liaison between business teams, developers, and vendors.
