Realign Llc is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business needs with IT solutions across locations in the United States. The role emphasizes SQL-driven data analysis, data modeling, and adherence to SDLC practices (Agile, Waterfall) to drive process improvements.

You will gather requirements, document workflows, coordinate with development teams, and support post-launch activities through formal testing and validation in a full-time capacity.

Formación

• SQL proficiency, data modeling knowledge, and SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Ability to analyze complex data to solve business problems.
• Strong interpersonal skills to bridge communication between non-technical business users and technical IT teams.
• Interview stakeholders to identify, document, and analyze business needs.
• Analyzing, testing, and troubleshooting computer hardware and software to improve performance.
• Creating detailed functional specifications, workflow charts, and user stories for development teams
• Reviewing existing business processes and designing new, efficient workflows.
• Guiding the implementation of new systems, overseeing testing (UAT), and offering post-launch support.
