Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking a Business Analyst Payer Escalations to design, produce, and analyze data-driven reports supporting operations and special projects. The role involves SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and other analytics tools to extract, manipulate, and present insights to stakeholders.

You will build reports and dashboards, monitor KPIs, ensure data accuracy, and collaborate with IT to optimize reporting systems and data availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, data reporting or analytics.
• Experience with large datasets and multiple databases.
• Knowledge of BI tools, SQL querying, and reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Design, produce and analyze data‑driven reports to support operations and projects.
• Create dashboards and visualizations; monitor KPIs and trends.
• Translate data into concise stakeholder-friendly reports.
