• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering with experience in Data Analytics in applicable field or industry.
• MBA, MS in Business Analysis, MS in Data Science, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Proficiency with PowerBI/Tableau, SQL, Python and Excel; strong communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Analyze product line data for KPIs including orders, sales, backlog, pricing and profitability; distill into actionable insights.
• Communicate insights through charts, tables and visuals for senior leadership.
• Assist in developing strategic, operational and forecasting plans with cross-functional teams.
• Support market trends and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
• Maintain product configuration databases and review inventory health for optimization.
• Prepare data analytics to support discussions with customers, sales and marketing.
