Job summary

Analytic Partners is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to bridge users and software, translating requirements into feature specifications and guiding project teams. You will collect, validate, and analyze data, supporting product improvements across our platform.

Ideal candidates have 0-2 years in data analysis or product support, strong SQL knowledge, and excellent communication. This full-time role is based in Dallas with opportunities across a global client base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM, Economics, or Statistics.
• 0-2 years of work experience as a Data Analyst or in a Product support role.
• Knowledge of SQL, relational databases, data cloud platforms, or ETL tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be a subject matter expert – develop deep knowledge of data, platform, and dependencies; translate business requirements into feature specs.
• Provide data collection, prep, and validation support to project teams and customers.
• Collaborate with project teams, Product Managers, and Engineers to analyze and resolve issues.
• Conduct research to understand business, process, and product challenges; make recommendations.
• Gather and analyze data to better understand needs and OKRs.
• Write requirements, functional specs, and other supporting documentation for new features.
• Test new and updated features; work with Engineers to ensure alignment to specs; coordinate with QA.
