Job summary

Reinsurance Associate Inc. is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to design, develop, and optimize reporting solutions and data models using SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, and Power BI. You will partner with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.

You will build ETL processes, maintain data quality, and support executives with ad hoc analysis. A 3+ year BI background and strong communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/IS.
• 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, data modeling, or related fields.
• Strong SQL Server skills, including complex queries, joins, and stored procedures.
• Proficiency with SSIS, SSRS, Power BI, SSMS, and Visual Studio.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• Strong understanding of relational database concepts, data modeling, and data integrity.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver enterprise reporting solutions.
• Design, develop, and optimize data models, tables, views, and procedures.
• Create and manage reports using SSRS and Power BI; support ad hoc analysis.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes and data integrations using Microsoft technologies.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data governance and security.
