Job summary

VaynerMedia, part of the VaynerX family, is looking for a strategist to provide data analysis, research design and strategic insights for client work in a fast‑paced, human-centric environment.

You will deploy surveys, analyze data, and learn our platforms to identify valuable audiences, conduct social listening, and support cross‑discipline teams with actionable insights and presentations.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in social listening and syndicated data for analysis, research design, strategic insights development.
• Knowledge of secondary research tools such as Crimson Hexagon, MRI, and Mintel to answer insight requests.
• Promising ability to think strategically with analytical and creative balance.
• Familiarity reviewing qualitative and quantitative research plus behavioral data to surface insights.
• Collaborative and able to work with different disciplines to achieve outcomes.
• Self-motivated and proactive in identifying opportunities and acting.

Responsibilities

• Provide data analysis, research design and strategic insights for VaynerMedia clients.
• Deploy quantitative surveys and analyze resulting data for maximum insight.
• Dive into and learn VaynerMedia tools and platforms to identify valuable audiences.
• Collaborate with Analytics and Media to measure performance and optimize.
• Develop cohesive analyses and presentations for internal and external audiences.
