• Bachelor's degree or higher with 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience developing annual giving campaigns across multiple channels.
• Ability to use data to inform fundraising strategies and decision-making.

• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to collaborate across units and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement multichannel annual giving campaigns engaging assigned colleges and programs.
• Collaborate with unit colleagues to identify fundraising opportunities and priorities.
• Translate unit needs into effective annual giving initiatives and strategies.
• Develop messaging and creative assets with communications teams to support goals.
• Identify, solicit, cultivate, and steward prospects and donors to strengthen relationships.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Produce internal and external materials, proposals, solicitations, and reports.
• Coordinate meetings and work with vendors, staff, volunteers, and donors.
