Job summary

McCain in North America is seeking an Agronomy & Sustainability Data Analyst to transform complex agronomy and operational data into actionable insights that drive yield, quality, carbon reduction, and regenerative practices. You will build scalable data pipelines, dashboards, and predictive analytics across 300+ growers.

You will collaborate cross-functionally, apply AI-driven analytics, and translate results into practical guidance for agronomy, field teams, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in data analytics, statistics, computer science, agriculture, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of analytics experience in agriculture, supply chain, or related environment.
• Proven ability to lead projects combining business process transformation with advanced analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of an agronomy and sustainability analytics strategy.
• Design analytics to inform agronomic decisions, grower practices, and business planning.
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and dashboards using BI tools.
• Apply predictive, prescriptive, and AI-driven analytics to improve decision-making and efficiency.
