Job summary

Spring Independent School District is seeking a Middle School Teacher for the Accelerating Campus Excellence (ACE) Campus at Bailey Middle School in Spring, Texas. The role emphasizes data-driven instruction, collaboration with instructional coaches, and high expectations for student growth on an ACE campus.

The successful candidate will hold a Texas teaching certificate, have a bachelor’s degree, and two or more years of classroom teaching experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required.
• Valid Texas teaching certificate appropriate for grade level and/or subject area assignment required.
• ESL Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement high-quality, standards-aligned instruction designed to accelerate student learning and close achievement gaps.
• Plan and deliver lessons that incorporate effective instructional strategies, differentiation, and student engagement.
• Utilize a variety of instructional media and teaching techniques appropriate to student needs and learning styles.

• Participate in structured lesson planning and coaching cycles.
