Addison Group is seeking a Data and Documentation Specialist in Colorado Springs to organize and govern information across shared systems and document platforms. You will establish standards, improve data quality, and support reporting and automation for reliable AI usage.

The role requires 3+ years in information governance, SharePoint/Power BI expertise, and strong communication skills, with hybrid work flexibility after training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 3+ years of experience in information governance, records management, or document lifecycle management.
• 3+ years working with SharePoint, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to create consistent processes.
• Hybrid flexibility after training.
• Standard business hours, M-F.

Responsibilities

• Manage organizational documents and shared data across platforms.
• Establish and maintain naming conventions, metadata, and folder structures.
• Lead document cleanup, migration, retention, and lifecycle initiatives.
• Identify outdated, duplicate, or unnecessary information through routine audits.
• Prepare documents and data for reporting, automation, and AI applications.
• Collaborate with IT, data, and business teams to improve information governance.
• Create user guides, training resources, and documentation for staff.
• Improve information accessibility and reduce duplicated work.
• Provide support to Learning & Development and IT teams as needed.
