Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher with 2 years' relevant experience.
• Associate degree or higher preferred with zero years' experience acceptable.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and dimensional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical construction validation documents and dimensional control workflows.
• Produce girthing, alignment, and rotational data from engineering models.
• Provide guidance compliant with shipbuilding standards and process specs.
• Coordinate daily technical tasking and production priorities.
• Interface with engineering, production, and stakeholders to interpret fabrication requirements.
• Conduct technical reviews and approve accuracy control documentation.
• Maintain understanding of fitting, welding, and hull construction methods.
