The Clinical Research Data Coordinator I (DC I) is responsible for supporting day-to-day data management activities for oncology clinical trials and research studies. The position assists with collecting, abstracting, entering, and maintaining clinical research data and study documentation. Responsibilities include reviewing source documentation, completing data entry, supporting query resolution, maintaining research records and databases, assisting with protocol-required data collection activities, and participating in data quality and compliance processes. The DC I collaborates closely with Clinical Research Coordinators, investigators, sponsors, and research staff to support high-quality study conduct.
Reporting to the Associate Director of Clinical Trial Coordination and working within specialized oncology research teams, including the Thoracic and Head and Neck (THN) Program, the Data Coordinator I plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of clinical research data. This position contributes to the successful execution of clinical trials and supports Fred Hutch's mission to advance cancer research and improve patient outcomes.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The hourly pay range for this position is from $24.50 to $34.88 and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications.Although Fred Hutch is not sponsoring most H-1B visas at this time, candidates who already hold an H-1B sponsored by another organization and are currently in the U.S. may be eligible for this position.
