Must Haves

• ETL/ELT Processes: Extensive experience with Extract, Transform, and Load processes across enterprise platforms.
• Data Modeling: Strong understanding of data structures and relationships; hands-on experience with large enterprise systems (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle CPQ).
• Database Scripting: Advanced proficiency in SQL and other scripting languages for data manipulation and migration.
• Data Migration Tools: Experience using data migration tools within Salesforce, ServiceNow, Oracle CPQ, and ERP environments.
• Data Validation: Ability in data validation techniques to ensure data accuracy and integrity, including creating reconciliation and validation reports.
• Testing & Problem Solving: Experience in conversion testing, identifying, and resolving data-related issues.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate with clients, project teams, and stakeholders.
• Documentation: Ability to document conversion processes, best practices, and create user-facing reports/dashboards for communication and progress tracking.
• Collaboration: Skilled in leading efforts with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and peers to capture requirements and drive solutions.

Job Summary

Data Conversion Specialist (Digital Realty)

• ETL/ELT Processes: Extensive experience with ETL/ELT processes across enterprise platforms.
• Data Modeling: Strong understanding of data structures and relationships; experience with large enterprise systems (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle CPQ).
• Database Scripting: Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages for data manipulation.
• Data Migration Tools: Experience with data migration tools in relevant environments.
• Data Validation: Ability to validate data to ensure accuracy and integrity, including creating reports.
• Testing & Problem Solving: Experience in testing conversions and resolving issues.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Documentation: Document processes and create reports/dashboards.
• Collaboration: Lead efforts with stakeholders to capture requirements and implement solutions.

Preferred Experience

• Experience integrating and migrating data between Salesforce, ServiceNow, Oracle CPQ, and ERP systems in previous roles.
• Remote work experience and ability to work independently.
• Previous contracting or project-based roles focused on enterprise data migration/integration.

Visa/Location

• Must be US Citizen, Green Card holder, H4, or TN Visa.
• Dallas, TX preferred, but 100% remote work is available.
