Job summary

Lumin Digital is seeking a Data Conversion Engineer to transform online banking data for new clients within the Lumin Digital platform. You'll load, validate, and troubleshoot data from external vendors, and work with implementation teams from kickoff to production launch.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years in ETL and SQL, banking or software industry experience, and strong communication skills to guide clients through technical issues, with opportunities to improve data conversion processes.

Qualifications

2+ years ETL experience.
2+ years SQL experience.
2+ years Banking or Software industry experience.
Strong understanding of relational databases.
Working knowledge of Python a plus.
Experience with JIRA or other agile PM tools.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Team player with multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

Map, load, validate, and test data from various file formats.
Meet with clients to resolve data-related issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, services, product, support).
Lead data conversion efforts for client launches and transitions.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data and system issues promptly.
Proactively identify risks and mitigation strategies.
Contribute to continuous improvements in data conversion processes.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the lifecycle.
