Qualifications

• 1 year+ experience working directly with customers.
• Experience with data mapping, specs, or other developer deliverables.
• Experience analyzing data using SQL tools.
• Experience with SQL.
• Outstanding planning and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel about 15% annually for client meetings.
• Project management experience and desire to lead projects.

Responsibilities

• Reverse-engineer legacy tax data and write conversion specs for TaxSys.
• QA the results and refine specs with developers and data analysts.
• Guide clients through data verification and explain tradeoffs between data quality and completeness.
