You will collaborate with developers, management, and customers, translating complex data needs into clear specifications and actionable steps for successful implementation.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer-facing experience with data mapping and SQL.
• Experience writing specs for data conversions and QA.
• Willing to travel up to 15%.

• Work on a project team of 2-3 developers and 2-3 data analysts to migrate clients to TaxSys.
• Prepare data for customer training, verification, and TaxSys go-live.

What You'll Do:

• Reverse-engineer legacy tax data and write specs for conversion; QA results and refine specs.
• Communicate with developers, management, and customers, adapting to their technical level.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience with customer-facing work, data mapping, SQL, and specifications.
• Strong planning and time management; ETL/dbVisualizer a plus; willing to travel 15%.
