Job summary

avtsimulation is seeking a Configuration Data Analyst II to coordinate and administer CM/DM activities, including identification, change management, status accounting, and verification/audit for tracking and maintaining program documentation.

This on-site role is based in Orlando, FL and requires reviewing contracts, applying data management principles to program deliverables, and maintaining CM documentation while driving process improvements and tool development to support daily configuration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in business, management, leadership, engineering, or related field.
• Experience with CM/DM concepts and documentation is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts to determine CM/DM documentation required for each phase of the program.
• Apply Data Management principles for program CDRLs and SDRLs within the Program's Asset Library.
• Support the formal delivery of a program's deliverables.
• Maintain configuration management documentation for reference purposes.
• Develop process improvements to enhance documentation configuration and control efficiency.
• Assist in developing tools to support daily document configuration and control management activities.
• Follow and enforce configuration management policies and practices.
• Analyze and resolve configuration problems in a timely fashion.
• Communicate configuration discrepancies to Management for immediate resolutions.
• Assist in configuration audits and implement audit recommendations.
• Support corporate standardization initiatives such as ISO and CMMI.
• Operate/ Update Configuration Management software and databases.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• Completion of a full course of study in an accredited college or university leading to a Bachelor's or higher degree in business, management, leadership, engineering, or a related field.
