RDSolutions is seeking a Field Representative in Waldron, AR with ultra-flexible schedules that fit around your college life. No prior experience required—the role emphasizes accountability and reliability while you work within store hours.

As a part-time team member, you will complete assignments, collect items in store aisles, and receive paid drive time and mileage reimbursement. Dress is casual and training is provided to ensure success.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age and legally able to work in the United States.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Smartphone with the ability to download the company pricing app and receive work assignments.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with attention to project criteria.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures in grocery store refrigerators and freezers during some projects.

Responsibilities

• Complete field assignments at assigned stores within the specified window.
• Collect items for projects from grocery store aisles as required.
• Maintain accurate records and meet project criteria with attention to detail.
