Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking a Field Representative to support flexible student-friendly schedules in partner grocery stores. You can work within the store hours, with a guaranteed minimum compensation and upside based on productivity.

The role emphasizes accountability, respect, and trust, with casual dress and a strong focus on work-life balance. Ideal candidates are 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, own a smartphone for the pricing app, and hold a valid driver's license with reliable

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects required collection of items in these store aisles.
