Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking a Field Representative to support store projects with flexible schedules suited for college students. You’ll work within the store’s open hours, with casual dress, and tasks assigned as needed.

No experience required—training provided, and you’ll earn productivity-based pay with a guaranteed minimum. As a part-time team member, you’ll benefit from paid drive time and mileage reimbursement, opportunities for development, and a focus on Accountability, Respect, Trust.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and receive assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases.
