Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking a Field Representative to work with flexible schedules suitable for college students. No experience is required as training is provided.

The role includes completing store assignments, paid drive time, and mileage reimbursement, with an emphasis on accountability, respect, and trust. As a part-time team member, you will benefit from identity theft protection and a 401k with match, plus opportunities for learning and development.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download pricing app and receive work assignments.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliable to start and finish assignments on time with attention to detail.
• Able to stand for shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures in grocery store refrigerators/freezers.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company in assigned grocery stores and complete projects within the store.
• Coordinate drive time and mileage reimbursement per company policy.
• Maintain accuracy and timeliness to meet project criteria.
