Job summary

Pariveda is seeking an experienced Manager to join our Houston-based leadership team. You will oversee small teams, manage client relationships across industries, and diagnose complex problems to deliver IT solutions across Azure, AWS, and DevOps.

You’ll mentor colleagues, participate in recruitment, and advance our culture of continuous learning. The role emphasizes project leadership, architectural thinking, and strong communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience with application development.
• Background in technical and/or management consulting.
• Demonstrated project management experience including planning, estimation, execution, issue/risk management and resource management.
• Experience architecting technical solutions for complex problems and presenting to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience across all phases of the SDLC and Agile software development practices.
• Current project leadership of technical teams.
• Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering or comparable experience.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee small teams of Pariveda employees and manage client relationships in multiple industries.
• Diagnose complex technical and business problems and implement creative solutions.
• Lead the development and delivery of IT solutions across technologies including web/mobile, Cloud (Azure/AWS), AI, and DevOps.
• Manage SDLC activities: estimation, sprint planning, requirements gathering, architecture, development, testing, risk management and delivery.
• Deliver presentations and facilitate meetings with high level stakeholders.
• Identify strengths for team member development and mentor junior colleagues.
• Contribute to recruitment and actively participate in continuous learning and culture-building.
