Job summary

Deutsche Bank AG in New York is seeking an AVP-level Service Operations Specialist to provide client-side oversight of white space and grey space data centre infrastructure across our hosting environments.

You will coordinate with landlords, colocation operators, vendors and internal teams to ensure controlled operational execution, review maintenance plans, assess risk, and drive standardized processes under the target operating model in a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in data center operations, ideally in financial services.
• Strong knowledge of rack/stack, cabling, power, cooling, and infrastructure.
• Familiar with ITIL practices and governance environments.
• Ability to coordinate with landlords, vendors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide client-side oversight of day-to-day white space operations and grey space interfaces.
• Review maintenance plans, risk assessments, access, and evidence of completion.
• Document findings, support remediation of issues, risks and non-compliance.
• Implement standardized operational processes and vendor accountability under the target model.

DCS ensures resilient, secure, efficient, and compliant environments that support the Bank’s evolving technology needs, including AI, Private Cloud, FICTECH, and Ultra-Low Latency services.This AVP-level, London-based role provides oversight and coordination across data center white space operations, grey space landlord interfaces, vendor performance, and site governance.
