Daksta is seeking a detailed Construction Scheduler to drive data centre project schedules using Primavera P6. You will work with project managers, engineers, and vendors to gather milestones and ensure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include monitoring progress, performing CPM/EVM analysis, and producing regular status reports for leadership. This role emphasizes risk-aware scheduling and strict version control in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Scheduler, preferably in data centre or large-scale construction projects.
• CPM understanding and Earned Value Management (EVM) knowledge.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage construction schedules for data centre projects using Primavera P6.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and milestones.
• Monitor progress, identify delays, and propose mitigation strategies to stay on track.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on project status, including critical path analysis and EVM.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to align with the overall project schedule.
• Ensure compliance with project controls standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Support risk management by identifying scheduling risks and proposing solutions.
