Job summary

Daksta is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead quality programs for a data centre project in the Minnesota area. The role focuses on implementing QA/QC Plans for MEP systems, conducting audits, and ensuring regulatory and project compliance.

You will review submittals, ITPs, and test reports, and drive root-cause analyses and corrective actions while coordinating with engineers, project managers, and contractors to resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as QA/QC Manager, preferably in Data Centre or MEP-focused projects.
• In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, construction processes, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with quality standards and project requirements.
• Review and approve quality documentation, including test reports and inspection records.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure materials and workmanship meet specifications.
• Attend project meetings to provide updates on quality performance and address concerns.
• Oversee testing and commissioning activities to ensure systems are fully operational and compliant.
• Maintain a comprehensive record of QA/QC activities for audits and reporting.
