Daksta is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead data centre projects in Florida, overseeing all aspects from initiation through completion. You will manage plans, schedules, budgets, and coordinating with contractors, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive PM experience in mission-critical environments, and expertise in MEP integration and QA/QC. This is a hands-on, on-site position offering growth in a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven PM experience in data centre or mission-critical environments.
• Strong knowledge of project and construction management, commissioning processes, and QA/QC standards.
• MEP engineering expertise and integration of complex systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership, with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Oversee end-to-end management of data centre projects, from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Oversee site supervision, contractor coordination, and resource allocation.
• Manage the commissioning process to ensure systems are tested and ready for handover.
• Enforce QA/QC protocols to maintain high quality throughout the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with MEP engineers for seamless integration of systems.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to avoid delays or cost overruns.
• Communicate with stakeholders; provide regular progress updates.
