Job summary

Daksta is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our data centre project team in Missouri. The role focuses on assisting planning, coordination, and execution of construction and infrastructure initiatives to ensure projects finish on time, within scope, and with high quality.

You will support the Project Manager by tracking timelines, budgets, and resources, preparing status reports, and coordinating with contractors and internal teams for seamless delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in construction management, engineering, or related field is required.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in data centre or construction projects.
• Strong understanding of PM principles, tools, and methodologies.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking.
• Proficiency with project management software (MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of data centre construction and infrastructure projects.
• Support the Project Manager with timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Monitor progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for timely delivery.
• Identify and mitigate risks to meet project objectives.
• Maintain contracts, schedules, meeting minutes, and project documentation.
