Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc is seeking a Warehouse Associate for Data Center Operations at our Stillwater, OK facility. You will manage inventory, coordinate shipments, and maintain a clean, safe workspace to support data center operations.

Daily tasks include receiving and inspecting racks and hardware, recording inventory, and assisting with server rack setup under supervision. A 1-year logistics background and basic Excel skills are beneficial.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in logistics, inventory management, or related fields.
• Familiarity with inventory software and MS Office.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and record incoming inventory with accuracy.
• Maintain inventory records and documentation for items received and shipped.
• Perform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with suppliers and carriers.
• Prepare shipping documents, labels and packaging.
• Upload, unpack and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy.
• Transport inventory using pallet jacks and follow safety procedures.
• Keep work areas clean and organized; assist with packaging disposal.
• Adhere to safety protocols and data center security measures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet inventory needs.
• Assist in setup and installation of server racks following diagrams.
• Support senior technicians with cable management and rack organization.
