Job summary

Total Site Solutions is seeking a Validation Supervisor in Georgetown, TX to lead validation across data center configuration, integration, and deployment. You will ensure equipment, processes, and systems meet customer, OEM, and industry standards while guiding a team of validation specialists in collaboration with Quality, Operations, and Engineering.

We value a hands-on leader who delivers projects on time, within scope, and to spec, with strong emphasis on continuous improvement and scalable

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
5+ years of validation experience in regulated environments.
Proven experience supervising a validation team.
Strong knowledge of ISO, cGMP or similar standards.
Experience developing and reviewing validation protocols and reports.
Strong leadership, communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily validation activities including protocol development, execution and reporting.
Review validation documentation for accuracy and compliance with standards.
Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions.
Manage project timelines and resources to meet budgets.
Coach and mentor validation staff and promote quality.
