Quality Technology Services (QTS) is seeking a Utility Development Project Engineer to support planning and execution of utility infrastructure for data-center campuses. You will collaborate with energy leaders, pre-development teams, and operations to ensure reliable power delivery for new builds.

You should have a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent and 2+ years in HV construction management, with proficiency in MS Office. Travel up to 50% is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, construction, or equivalent professional experience.
• Two or more years of medium/high voltage construction management.
• Two or more years of related project management experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel for updates and budgets.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsabilidades

• Support Utility Delivery team with reporting, data collection, and deliverables.
• Manage and organize documentation for utility development projects.
• Support project schedules and milestones for utility projects.
• Support budgets and cost forecasting for utility projects (construction and equipment).
• Track and report power delivery timelines and status.
• Participate in procurement and project cost estimates.
• Prepare level pricing proposals for design, construction, and commissioning services.
• Review monthly pay applications from contractors.
• Review change order requests from contractors.
