Job summary

DataBank Holdings Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Facility Operations Manager to safeguard 100% uptime at our data center facilities in the Dallas area and support customer applications.

You will drive process improvements, develop SOPs/MOPs, and manage power, HVAC, and network readiness while supervising staff to meet deadlines and uphold safety standards aligned with ISO/OHSAS guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; or equivalent training/experience.
• Data Center industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 9000 quality, ISO 14000 environmental, and OHSAS 18000 safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Drives process and procedure in the organization.
• Develops and reviews MOPs and SOPs.
• Ensures correct and on-time implementation of solutions for customer applications, including space, power, and network.
• Prepares and presents technical facility presentations.
• Responsible for all technical aspects of facility operations including power and HVAC systems.
• Monthly reporting and metrics.
• Provides technical support to ensure successful customer integration and implementation of company solutions.
• Handles all facility issues to ensure 100% uptime for operations.
• Other duties as assigned.
