Job summary

Daksta is seeking a seasoned Construction Supervisor to lead data center projects on active sites. You will supervise daily operations, read blueprints, enforce safety, and oversee critical infrastructure installation.

Travel frequently (75–100%), coordinate multi-site work, lead field crews and subcontractors, ensure uptime standards (Tier I–IV), and report progress to leadership. This role requires long hours on site and a strong focus on quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10+ years in construction supervision.
• Experience with data centers or large-scale MEP projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools (Primavera P6, MS Project).

Responsibilities

Data Center–Specific Oversight

• Manage installation of critical infrastructure:
• Cooling systems (CRAC/CRAH units)
• Raised flooring, cabling, fire suppression
• Ensure compliance with uptime/reliability standards (Tier I–IV)

Travel & Multi-Site Coordination

• Travel frequently (often 75–100%) to active job sites
• Rotate between projects or stay on-site for extended durations
• Report progress to corporate/project leadership remotely

Safety & Compliance

• Enforce OSHA and site safety standards
• Conduct site inspections and safety meetings
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
• Lead field crews and subcontractors
• Resolve on-site conflicts or delays
