Job summary

Nscale seeks a Data Center Operations Implementation Manager to own Day 0 to Day 2 transitions for multiple data center sites, spanning construction handoff, network and compute deployment, and local Operations readiness.

You will develop a standardized transition framework, manage cross‑functional dependencies, and ensure go‑live readiness while maintaining a strong focus on safety, compliance, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in data centre operations, program or infrastructure deployment
• Proven ability to coordinate transitions across Construction, Network, Compute and Operations teams
• Experience operating in a matrixed environment with influence but no direct authority

Responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end Day 0 to Day 2 transition for each data centre site within your region.
• Define and maintain a standardized transition framework and readiness checklist.
• Track and drive closure of cross‑team actions, dependencies, and blockers.
• Identify and escalate risks to go‑live timelines and drive resolutions across stakeholder groups.
• Coordinate with Construction, Network, Compute, Facility Engineering and SDM to ensure site readiness and alignment.
