Job summary

Data Center Frontier LLC in Dilworth, MN is seeking a motivated Telecom Project Manager to oversee low-voltage, structured cabling, and data center infrastructure projects from kickoff to closeout. The role requires hands-on leadership with on-site oversight, active problem-solving, and coordination of field teams, vendors, and clients.

You will manage schedules, budgets, documentation, testing, turnover, and safety, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of telecom project management experience coordinating large-scale projects in structured cabling and data center infrastructure.
• Experience working with GCs, data center owners/operators, subs, vendors and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of telecom cabling, low-voltage, and data center infrastructure projects from kickoff to closeout.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, materials, and field personnel to meet on-time and on-budget goals.
• Maintain on-site presence, lead meetings, coordinate with subs and vendors, and ensure drawings and documents are current.
• Develop recovery plans for delays and ensure client, GC, and design teams are aligned on delivery.
• Document activity in Procore or Bluebeam and support commissioning, turnover, and closeout.
