Job summary

TRS Staffing Solutions seeks a Data Center Lead to oversee Controls, Security, Network, and IT infrastructure for large-scale data center projects in Piketon, OH. The role focuses on design coordination, commissioning, and ensuring systems meet performance and security requirements.

You will coordinate across design engineers, contractors, and vendors, manage installation quality, and drive risk mitigation to keep schedules on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years in Data center construction, critical infrastructure, or mission-critical environments preferred.
• Strong experience with BMS / EPMS / controls systems, physical security systems, structured cabling, and data center IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design coordination, and execution of Building Management Systems (BMS), security systems, and network infrastructure.
• Serve as primary point of contact for all technology systems during design and construction phases.
• Collaborate with design engineers, GCs, vendors, and client stakeholders.
• Review and validate design documents to ensure alignment with requirements.
• Manage vendors and subcontractors responsible for controls, security, and IT installations.
• Oversee installation quality, integration, and system interoperability across platforms.
• Drive commissioning activities including testing, validation, and turnover documentation.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to system integration and project schedule.
