Reboot Monkey in Waterbury, CT is seeking an experienced Data Center Technician to support mission-critical infrastructure on-site. The role involves installations, racking, and ongoing maintenance across premier data center facilities, with coordination to NOC and client teams.

We require 2+ years of data center or IT infra experience and strong cabling skills (Cat5e/6/6a; fiber). On-site work, lifting 50+ lbs, and clear English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years data center or IT infrastructure experience.
• Data center certifications such as CDCP/CDCS or similar preferred.
• Network certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA Network+ preferred.
• Experience with DCIM and ticketing systems preferred.
• Familiarity with major colocation providers preferred.
• Strong cabling skills including Cat5e/6/6a and fiber (single-mode/multi-mode).
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in raised-floor environments.
• Own transportation and on-site work required.
