Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a Data Center Services Technician to support installation, operation, and maintenance of data center infrastructure in hyperscale and enterprise environments. You will perform rack-and-stack, cabling, provisioning, testing, and hands-on support while ensuring safety and adherence to Ericsson standards.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in data center operations, strong safety focus, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in data center operations or IT infrastructure.
• Working knowledge of data center hardware, racks, servers, networking, PDU, and cabling.
• Understanding of copper and fiber cabling and basic optical networking concepts.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and MOPs.
• Experience with rack-and-stack, cabling, testing and equipment installation with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Ability to travel 50–100% of the time.

• Perform rack-and-stack, cabling, testing, and equipment installation.
• Provide operational support and maintain infrastructure to Ericsson standards.
• Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and customers to complete tasks safely and efficiently.
