Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a Data Center Services Technician to support installation, operation, and maintenance of infrastructure within hyperscale and enterprise environments. You will perform rack-and-stack tasks, cabling, equipment provisioning, testing, and operational support, upholding safety and Ericsson standards.

The role suits technicians with data center operations, telecommunications, or IT infrastructure backgrounds who can work independently on standard deployments and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• 1+ year in data center operations or IT infrastructure.
• Knowledge of data center hardware, racks, servers, and networking equipment.
• Understanding copper and fiber cabling installation standards.
• Ability to interpret diagrams, MOPs, and installation docs.
• Experience with rack-and-stack, cabling, testing, and installs with limited supervision.
• Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Execute rack-and-stack and cabling tasks per procedures.
• Provision equipment, test connections, and document results.
• Support installation and ongoing operation of data center infrastructure.
• Collaborate with technicians, project teams, vendors, and customers.
