Job summary

ROCS Grad Staffing is seeking a field Technician to join our crew on data center sites. The technician will perform a wide range of tasks including cleaning, installations, fabrications, deconstruction, repairs, and other duties as needed.

Expect a 6AM–3PM schedule on onsite work, with overtime opportunities. Candidates should be 18+, legally eligible to work in the USA, and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs in a loud, mission-critical environment.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of technician experience.
• Data Center experience is a plus.
• Former construction experience a plus.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have your own reliable transportation.
• Must be a US Citizen or authorized to work in the USA.
• Must pass a drug screen and background check.
• Must be able to work in loud environments, lift up to 50 lbs, and stand most of the day.
• Must effectively communicate with team members.
• Must not be afraid of heights.

Responsibilities

• Follow instructions from team leads, project managers, foremen and other managers.
• Identify risk vs reward and minimize risky situations on site.
• Work efficiently and identify problems in the work area.
• Operate in a mission-critical environment and participate in teamwork.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction through quality workmanship.
