Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Data Center Technician to join our on-site team in Wenatchee, WA. You will install, configure, and test data center hardware, manage fiber and copper cabling, and ensure secure, efficient operations within production environments.

The role requires Linux familiarity, CLI proficiency, and experience with server, storage, and network technologies. Occasional off-hours work may be needed, with a focus on reliability and security.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in production data centers.
• Comfortable using a command line interface.
• Hands-on experience installing fiber optic cabling.
• Familiar with Linux and network operating systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and work on-site in Wenatchee, WA.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and test data center hardware.
• Upgrade servers and networks in production data centers.
• Run fiber optic and copper cabling to support infrastructure.
• Maintain cable documentation and management standards.
• Configure servers and Layer 2 networks.
• Troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues.
• Follow data center security protocols.
• Assist with inventory management and asset tracking.
• Participate in data center expansion builds and AI-enabled workflows.
