Responsibilities

• Rack, stack, install, and connect network and data center equipment.

Duration: 6-Month Contract with Potential for Long-Term Extension

We are seeking a Level 1 Installer to support data center infrastructure and installation activities. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in rack and stack, structured cabling, fiber optics, and enterprise data center environments.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Rack, stack, install, and physically connect network and data center equipment.
• Install, route, terminate, and test fiber optic and Cat 6 cabling.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose fiber optic cabling using appropriate testing and diagnostic tools.
• Follow established data center cabling standards and industry best practices.
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly labeled cabling and equipment.
• Follow established change control processes, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Work collaboratively with team members while also being able to work independently.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional attitude.
• Support day-to-day data center installation and infrastructure activities.
