Qualifications

• 3+ years in data center operations or similar environments.
• Expert cabling skills with Cat6/6a and fiber where applicable.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to document assets and incidents clearly.
• Familiarity with power distribution and UPS systems.
• Comfort with on-call rotates and shift changes.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.
• Perform structured cabling and patching tasks.
• Execute hardware deployments and decommissions as required.
• Monitor environmental systems including power and cooling.
• Respond to incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
• Maintain accurate documentation and asset tracking records.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams.
• Participate in capacity planning and upgrades when needed.
• Support on-call rotation and shift coverage as scheduled.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards are met.
