Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a Data Center Services Technician to support installation, operation, and maintenance of data center infrastructure in Denver, CO. Perform rack-and-stack, cabling, equipment provisioning, testing, and OOB management while adhering to safety and customer standards.

Qualifications

1+ years in data center ops, structured cabling, telecom, or IT infrastructure support.
Ability to read engineering drawings and installation documentation (MOPs).
Experience with rack-and-stack, cabling, testing, and equipment installation with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

Install and deploy servers, network devices, storage, and related infra per docs.
Route, terminate, and label copper and fiber cabling with proper cable management.
Install PDUs, power connections, and verify power/management connectivity.
Provision equipment, install hardware components, and configure OOB management.
Perform basic testing, continuity checks, fiber verification, and standard turn-up procedures.
Execute MACD activities and FRU replacements following procedures.
Maintain installation records, test results, inventories, and as-built docs.
Escalate design concerns, operational issues, and safety risks to senior staff.
