Job summary

NuAxis Innovations is seeking a Data Center Technician II in Albuquerque, NM. This full-time role supports day-to-day data center operations, hardware installations, asset tracking, and documentation development.

You'll work with senior staff in a fast-paced environment, rack/stack servers, manage cables, and ensure accurate inventory while expanding your technical skills and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year IT or data center support experience.
• Experience supporting computer room or data center environments.
• Knowledge of data center infrastructure and support systems.
• Ability to contribute to documentation and process development.
• Basic cybersecurity knowledge (phishing, smishing, vishing).
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• 2+ years data center or infrastructure support preferred.

Job Summary:

Provides hands-on support for day-to-day data center operations. This role assists with maintaining infrastructure reliability, supporting hardware installations, and ensuring accurate asset tracking. The technician works closely with senior team members while developing technical skills in a fast-paced environment.
