Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Data Center Technician in Springfield, OH to keep a global GPU/CPU server fleet running at hyperscale performance. You will handle rack-and-stack, cabling, and rapid hardware triage in a 24×7 environment, with emphasis on reliability, outage response, and proactive maintenance.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in datacenter tech roles, strong hardware knowledge, and ability to work independently while coordinating with vendors and facility teams.

Qualifications

• Four+ years racking, cabling, debugging and upgrading thousands of servers in colocation facilities.
• Strong ability to operate under SLA 99.99%+ and stay calm during incidents.
• Experience in end-to-end deployment of GPU-dense, liquid-cooled infrastructure.
• Proactive, hands-on problem-solver with good documentation habits.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain servers and network equipment, including rack and stack.
• Respond to server, network and infrastructure issues.
• Coordinate power, cooling and facility services; escalate outages as needed.
• Diagnose, repair and replace server components (CPU, memory, drives, motherboards, cables).
• Work with warranty technicians and manage spare parts inventory.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve deployment efficiency and monitoring.
• Escalate issues to assist system admins in debugging Linux and hardware issues.
